I recently had a minor procedure performed by Dr. Galiani in-office. This resulted after a few steps in solving the problem. Dr. Galiani is an excellent and highly experienced practitioner and surgeon. He thoughtfully took his time with me as we progressed from simplest to moderate solutions. He is articulate in communicating the eye physiology, treatment options and decides with the patient as to how to proceed. I very much appreciate his incrementalism approach and style of practice. Yes it is a very busy, bustling large practice. But the experience Dr. Galiani has gained from treating a large number of patients all these years benefits all of them. Update 21Apr24 - I had to see Dr. Galiani a short while since my pervious appointment since I have now have a separate diagnosis that leads to dry eyes and future problems if left untreated. Dr. Galiani and his staff prioritized my appointment and he provided a thorough examination. I am confident that I am in good hands with his care.

Dr. Galiani is someone who genuinely cares about his patients. He scheduled an emergency appointment on a weekend to see my family member, told us it was serious, went with us to the ER, referred us to the best specialist in the area, and followed up with us (all this when we had just become new patients at his practice). Yes, it is difficult to reach anyone via the office phone number as they are extremely busy. However, that does not take away from the fact that Dr. Galiani is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. As with office staff, we can only speak from our experiences that we've never found them to be rude during our visits. And as with billing, it has so far been very straight forward with zero issues. Truly, we cannot thank Dr. Galiani enough for his exceptional and genuine care.

Dr. Gailani was kind and caring. He tweaked my cateract surgery to accommodate an eye condition i didn't know i had. He was caring and kind. Even called me at home to make sure i was ok. Id reccomend highly!

Dr. Galiani and his staff have always been professional and helpful. I feel as though many of these reviews are very unfair to him and his office staff.

HIGHLY Recommend! I was referred to Dr. Galiani for Cataract Surgery by both a fellow professional and more importantly, a highly regarded Retina Specialist. I found Dr. Galiani not only to be highly skilled, but personable and accessible, as my case is complex due to previous eye issues. While a wait time is expected at medical offices, I have never experienced a significant wait time. At ALL times - the techs who accompany you through the process are absolutely wonderful. He also referred me to Dr. Le for Contact Lens in his office, who is equally as skilled, professional and personable! Most recently, had to schedule quickly due to issues with ongoing settling of prescription and the front desk got me right in. I transferred from a practice I have been visiting for 30 years. Thank you to ALL at the practice!

So I became a patient due to a flare up of my iritis that of course happened on a weekend. I was currently in between ophthalmologists and had left a desperate message for Dr. Galiani hoping for an emergent appointment Monday as a new patient. It was so great, I got a call first thing Monday and got an appointment that day at 1:30! Everyone I encountered in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Galiani was so great and I felt very comfortable. This was not my first rodeo with the iritis flare and he listened to me and took my PMH into account. I ended up calling the office the next day with a request and Dr. Galiani personally called me to talk about what was going on, which is very impressive considering how busy his practice is. I would recommend him to everyone! He is a very knowledgeable and receptive doctor and will actually listen to you!

Unbelievable service. Staff very kind and helpful in explaining what is being done. Beautiful calming office and exam rooms. Dr. Galiani the best. Explained everything. Did a fantastic job with follow up as promised. Would recommend this practice to anyone. All ready have. Thank you for your caring.
