Very professional care

Had cornea surgery few years ago with great success.

Awesome customer service! All associates that work and assist with Dr. Galiani are just wonderful and pleasant to work with and Dr. Galiani is the Best Ophthalmologist around. I wouldn't go to any one else. My family has used him for years.

First, my name is Kathy or Joan. I had a very pleasant, professional eye exam on the 23rd. The ofc. staff were very pleasant. Only thing I thought was that there cld be more handicap parking spots.

Have recommended many patients. Always get good in-service care. I do warn everyone I'm referring that the billing department never answers the phone nor do they return calls. I have been working the last year for them to correct an error, I n their part, on my bill and after my last visit yesterday it's still there. Called again, once yesterday and again today, and again, no return call.

Dr. Ortiz is very good. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing. Asks how you are doing and listens to you. He isn’t only concerned about your eyes but also if you are really ok in every aspect of your life.

Dr Galiani and his staff are the utmost professionals and there is no one else I would trust more with my eyes than him. He also brings a personal side to his practice that is quite rare these days. Thank you!

Dr. Galliani and his staff are absolutely amazing. If you need same day care you get it. When Doctor Galiani is on call at night, you can give him a call and he can save you a trip to the emergency room. Everybody is friendly and pleasant and kind. This is the way healthcare should be.
