I had not been a patient before. I was having a problem with my eyes. I was referred to them. Although at first they said there were no appointments- it was a Friday afternoon when I called - about 4 pm Dr. Galiani called me himself and said he could see me as soon as I could get there. He said he didn’t want me to have to spend the weekend with the symptoms I was having. He saw me, spent his time with me and made a follow up appointment. Despite it being a beautiful Friday afternoon in the summer, everyone took their time with me.

Appointments need to be better scheduled. Wait 30 minutes past scheduled time to be called from waiting room. Then spend another 30 between tests and accually seeing the doctor. I scheduled at least 2 hours minimum for each appointment. And plan on waiting half of that time to waiting. This is not for public posting. It is meant to help the company find better service. Ar an eye Dr office I will not change doctors they are the best

I’ve been Dr. Galiani’s patient for years. He always takes time to answer my questions and he really cares about his patients. Kim is so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Myself & my children see Dr.Neelans! He 's great with my son who is autistic. I knew he was right when my son told me after his first appt with Dr. Neelans that he really liked him. I was so worried about the visit but not anymore. He can see the doctor all on his own. Love this office!
